Applicants should have appropriate academic preparation for the positions being applied for, with preference being given to those with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Together with the application form, the following requirements should be submitted directly to the school posting the opening.

• An up-to-date resume
• Official college transcripts
• Typed statement outlining your familiarity with/understanding of Catholic education
• Three letters of recommendation
• Pastor's recommendation

School level interviews will only be conducted with those applicants who have met all application criteria.  Finalists for professional level positions in advancement and finance will be interviewed for final approval at the Office of Catholic Schools before being offered a position.Once offered a position the employee must:

• Undergo a criminal background check
• Participate in the Archdiocesan Safe Environments Training Program
• Attend any workshops or in-service programs as required by the school or by the Office of Catholic Schools.
