This grant funded position directs objectives for three Phases; Phase I objective was to create a database of each school’s alumni dating back to 1945 or earlier; secure current contact information and identify alumni of potential wealth through a series of steps; Phase II was to evaluate each school’s fundraising structure; Phase III will occur over an 18 month period to create a sustainable development program for every Catholic elementary school.
